Edmund Sailale is the Founding Partner of the firm, and has over twenty-five years experience in Tax Laws and Tax administration under the Revenue Authority in Tanzania. Sailale has a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance and Tax Administration specializing in Tax Audit, Objection and Appeals. He also has exposures in Custom Procedures and International Trade. Sailale also possesses some exposure and knowledge in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Dispositions, Real Estate and Intellectual Property.
