Theophil Kimaro is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania (and subordinate Courts thereto except for the Primary Court), Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.
Having worked in the business sector for more than 20 years, Kimaro has a wide experience in Business Contracting and Logistics. In his business management career spanning 15 years, he focused on Projects Contracting, Monitoring and Review; Maritime Transport & Logistics, and Contract Law. Mr. Kimaro has also been involved in some major negotiation meetings in both local and international settings. His main areas of expertise are Corporate & Commercial Law, and Business Management (including contract negotiation and contract drafting, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Project Negotiations, and Maritime Law).
In his postgraduate studies Mr. Kimaro obtained the adaptable MBA qualifications, which combine well with his Legal Qualifications (LL.B) needed for the current dynamic business environment
