Neema is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania (and Courts subordinate there to except for the Primary court), Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. Her specialisation include Banking Law, Negotiable Instruments, Trusts and Wills. Her experience includes provision of advice in developing new business and the necessary requirements and regulations. She has also occasionally acted as company secretary to some private companies.

Between August 2013 and October 2014, Neema had a stint with Zenith Attorneys at which she gained a valuable experience. At the firm Neema assisted in performance of legal services for both domestic and international operations that included management of contracts with clients and suppliers, drafting necessary documents, gathering evidence for case presentation.

Professional Memberships include: the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
